Returns policy

Do you accept returns for refunds or replacements?


It depends on the item and the reason for the return, but you must contact us to let us know of the issue before sending the item(s) back.


Some reasons for returns eligibility:

-       Item(s) missing in the order (whole or partial)

-       Incorrect item received (wrong item, size, type or colour)

-       Defective item (not working, missing parts, broken)


In most case we would accept the return, and you'll get the choice of getting a refund, exchange or resend. However certain items are not eligible due to various safety reasons.


These may include but are not limited to:

-       Earrings (due to health and safety reasons)

-       Used beauty products

-       Items without original packaging


Normally we cannot cover the postage costs of returning an item, however this may change depending on certain circumstances, which can be discussed in the email you send to us.


What happens after I return an item?


Once the returned item(s) have been received by us and if its eligibility is accepted, we will organise for the next step depending on your request of a refund, replacements or exchange. We will contact you via email should there be any complications.


What happens when I get a refund?


When your refund has been approved, it will be processed via the same method you used to make the payment originally. Refunds are normally processed within 1-2 business days.
