All our orders are sent via our local Australia Post couriers, unless stated otherwise.
The delivery timeframes depend on the service used to send the parcel, as well as the recipient location. These timeframes are estimates only based on normal circumstances and may be subject to change because of conditions outside of our control.
Here's a list of expected delivery timeframes:
Within Australia: 3 - 7 business days
Outside of Australia: 1 - 2 weeks
Within Australia: guaranteed next business day delivery within a defined network.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping worldwide in our basic shipping option. If you opt for another delivery option such as registered post or express, additional costs will apply.
How do I track my parcel?
If you have selected 'Registered Post' as the delivery option, you will receive a tracking number within 48 hours of your order.
For delivery within Australia, your unique tracking number can be tracked on the Australia Post website (http://auspost.com.au/track).
For international orders, you will receive an email from us after it has been dispatched which updates you on the specific tracking method if applicable.
What happens if I haven't received my parcel for over 20 working days?
Please contact us if you have waited for a long time for your parcel to arrive. This is unusual and we will lodge an investigation to track the parcel for you.
