How do I place an order?
Browse our website and click the 'Add to cart' button to add the item you wish to purchase, then click on 'Checkout' from your shopping cart displayed on the top right corner of the website and follow the prompts. You can either go to checkout page to complete transaction or go straight to check out with Paypal. Should you encounter any issues while ordering, just contact us and we'll assist you.
How do I check the staus of my order?
You can log in to your account by using the 'Log in' link at the top right of the website, then access your order history page to see information regarding your order.
Can I change my order once it has been placed?
Yes you can - if only the order has not been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible to amend your order as dispatch stage happens quickly in our warehouse.
What happens if I have ordered something that is out of stock?
Occassionally, when a product is popular, it will be sold out quickly. In this case we will notify you by email, and you will be given the option to wait for new stock (usually within 10 days), get a refund, or exchange for a different item of similar value.
What if I received the wrong items or some items from my order are missing?
We take great care and pride in how we process the orders, to ensure errors are minimised. However in the case where errors such as this happen, let us know and we will endeavour to correct the mistake by sending you the missing items along with a small courtesy gift.
What if my order never arrived?
For items dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse, we generally allow around 3-7 business days for Australia Post to deliver the parcels, but occassionally they lose our parcels during transit. If this happens to you and you haven't received your parcel after 20 days (since dispatch), let us know and we will lodge an investigation and track the parcel for you or look for alternative solutions.
What currency is used on StyleBest website?
All product prices are including GST and in Australian Dollar (AUD).
If you make a purchase using a different currency, Paypal will automatically convert your currency to its equivalent in AUD for your convenience when you check out.
How do I pay for my order?
We use Paypal to process the payments from our website. Through Paypal, we are able to accept the use of credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) and debit cards as well.
Once payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation email from our website and Paypal. If you have not got enough funds in Paypal, your payment will become an eCheque, which will take 5-7 working days for payment to be transferred from your funds. In this case, we will dispatch when your payment is cleared.
We apologise that we are unable to accept any other payment methods at this stage.
